How much does drone PV thermography cost?
Public prices observed in Switzerland scale with mission size: a spot thermal survey from ~CHF 500 (Inspection Drone), a full inspection of an installation up to ~30 kWp from ~CHF 850 and a performance analysis from ~CHF 1,200 (enerGIS3D). In Geneva, Dronetarget charges CHF 180 for the first hour then CHF 90 per half hour, with a CHF 1,500 full-day package.
Large commercial roofs and ground-mounted plants are consistently quoted per project.

For a single-family house (typical ~200 m² mission), Inspection Drone lists CHF 390–540; a scan with BIM modelling starts at CHF 690 and recurring site monitoring at CHF 490 per month.
On a time basis, observed Swiss figures are CHF 480–1,000 per day (3D Swiss View), and CHF 650 per half day or CHF 1,250 per full day at DroneSuisse — certified pilot, permits and post-processing included.
Mapping and photogrammetry: almost always on quotation
This is the category with the fewest public prices in Switzerland: most providers bill per project. The only published entry price we found is a metric RGB survey from CHF 500 (Inspection Drone). The final price depends on surface, required accuracy (GCP, RTK), processing and deliverables — describing them precisely speeds up a firm offer.
Vineyard spraying by drone: what public figures say
According to Agroscope Changins estimates relayed by the trade press (Vitisphere), a drone-only service costs about 50–55 euro cents per m² per season (~€5,000–5,500/ha), and 60–65 ct/m² when complementary ground treatment is needed — versus 35–40 ct/m² for helicopters and ~70 ct/m² for backpack spraying. The researcher quoted stresses these remain estimates.
Two dated reference points complete these estimates. In April 2019, Agroscope quoted CHF 650 per hectare for the first jobs of a pioneering Valais operator, without stating whether this covered one pass or a season. In July 2021, RTS put the treatment of one hectare at about CHF 4,500 by helicopter against CHF 6,000 by drone.
